Feed, house, and provide reasonable care for (mare) and her foal up until the foal is five months old unless other agreement is made;Sign and mail FSHR breeding certificate papers, registration papers, or other necessary documentation, and transfer papers to Buyer after full payment of $______ is received and verified as valid;Refund the $500 deposit as paid by buyer, and the $1000 paid towards the purchance price if applicable, if (mare) should not become pregnant with the stallion, _________ after reasonable efforts have been made OR if the foal should die, or become seriously ill or found unsound prior to Weaning as verified by vet check paid for by buyer.Pay a $500 deposit which will be applied toward the purchase price of $______and is non-refundable with the exception of if the mare should not become pregnant by the named stallion, or if the foal should die, or become seriously injured or found unsound at weaning as verified by a vet check paid for by buyer;Pay the remaining $_____ within one week of the foal reaching his/her 5th month;Arrange for transportation from the Fish home to the Buyer’s home by two weeks after the foal reaches his/her 5th month unless other agreement is made;Assume financial responsibility and all other responsibilities for the foal once full payment has been made and the foal leaves the Fish home.
